Banfield Helps Steer Bike to Work Month Ottawa in a New Direction

In the final chilly months of winter, Banfield had the opportunity to work with Ottawa-based non-profit EnviroCentre to promote its 7th annual Bike to Work Month happening this May.

Gearing up for the start of the season

Bike to Work Month Ottawa is an annual program made possible by EnviroCentre and their core partner the City of Ottawa. It works to promote and encourage cycling as a viable and enjoyable commuting option for individuals and workplaces.

As many Banfielders are bicycle enthusiasts, we were quite excited when the organization approached us to help promote the celebration of cycling in our city. So we put our thinking helmets on and pedaled out a website refresh, social media graphics as well as a new visual identity and tagline.

Grabbing happiness by the handlebars

We are always happy to help out a not-for-profit organization, especially when it directly benefits our local community. By reducing travel costs, fuel emissions and time in traffic, Bike to Work Month is a win-win for Ottawa businesses and individuals alike.

Whether you’re a new or avid cyclist, join us in choosing a happier commute, Ottawa! You can sign up here: https://www.biketoworkottawa.ca/en/?option=com_account&task=register
