We believe AI is another tool in our toolbox.
Like all tools, we will only adopt the ones that make sense for us and for our clients, that align with Banfield’s purpose and values, and that help us achieve our high creative and ethical standards. While it has many uses, we think AI just can’t replace human creativity, thoughtfulness, resourcefulness or sensibilities.

- We will not use AI for misleading or manipulative content
- We will review AI outputs to ensure there is no bias, unfairness or discrimination

Data & Privacy
Protecting client data is a core responsibility. Confidential, personal, or proprietary client information is not entered into public or unapproved AI tools. AI tools are evaluated like any other vendor or software, with attention to privacy, security, and data handling practices. We follow applicable privacy and data-protection requirements. If an organization or project requires limited, specific, or no AI use, we’re happy to accommodate.
