Challenge

With emerging technology impacting Canada’s workforce like never before, The Conference Board of Canada decided to develop a free online tool to help Canadians explore more viable and desirable career paths. They asked us to help build, brand and market it.


Solution

We helped develop a simple and elegant user experience for the online tool using 13 billion job-related datapoints and then we delivered the name and vibrant brand for OpportuNext. We leveraged these in a major user acquisition campaign targeted at job placement professionals—ensuring new users quickly discovered the value of fast and free access to career path insights.


Outcomes

  • Our campaign drove almost 65,000 users to OpportuNext.ca with over 18,000 people conducting a career search
  • Achieved more than 11,000 returning visitors within 3 months, exceeding the goal by over 650%
