Nokia Customer Experience Management
Nokia needed to develop a messaging and imaging narrative to define Nokia's fast growing innovative solutions driven by automation and intelligence combined with machine learning and AI giving Nokia SP customers have an unprecedented opportunity to greatly improve their subscriber experience. Banfield in collaboration with the key Nokia stakeholders developed a combination of a messaging framework, images and infographics that were developed to drive multiple content touch points such as web and presentations.

Nokia WaveLite Sales Tool
For their Enterprise Optical Network solution, Nokia wished to equip their sales and channel partners with a tool that addressed both multiple verticals and persona segmentation to deliver tailored solution information at a single point of contact. The tool addresses customer journey needs and requirements, allows for configuring a complete solution unique to each customer and also allows for relevant content such as whitepapers, facts sheets, etc. to be sent to the prospective customer via email.
After almost 20 years in space, Iridium's 66 satellites needed to be replaced to meet the demands of tomorrow's market. The challenge was to find a way to keep the company top of mind and generate demand during this period of transition. Our team proposed to turn the launch of the Iridium NEXT constellation into a multimedia documentary project for the ages. We sent crews around the world to capture the progress of this massive program, and created a content storytelling online hub where everyone from customers, to industry media, to space enthusiasts could follow along by watching videos, browsing through an interactive timeline and taking part in the social conversation.

Banfield also works on strategy, content and design for EDC's content hub site EDC.trade. As part of this work we help develop and create interactive content to support an overall content marketing strategy including eCommerce industry whitepaper, risk guides, global economic forecast, interactive infographics and other content that requires the user to input data in a form to access content.
